Cynt Marshall has been a dynamic force for inclusion and diversity as CEO of the Dallas Mavericks organization and during her 36-year career with AT&T. Prior to joining the Mavs, Marshall founded Marshalling Resources, a consulting firm specializing in leadership, diversity, inclusion, culture transformation, and overall optimization of people resources.

Marshall has been widely recognized for her visionary leadership and ability to get things done, with recent accolades including the 2020 Girl Scouts of America Lifetime Achievement award and inclusion in Adweek’s “30 Most Powerful Women in Sports.” She also is on the boards of Dallas CASA, the Dallas Regional Chamber, the Texas Women’s Foundation, Texas 2036, the T.D. Jakes Foundation, and more.
